  • 200 g cooked sushi rice
  • 200 g steak, cut into small cubes
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder, black pepper and teriyaki sauce, to taste
  • 4 rice-paper sheets and 2 nori sheets
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 100g Perfect Italiano Perfect Bakes

Method

  1. 1

Season the steak with garlic powder, black pepper and teriyaki sauce. Pan-fry until browned and set aside.

Cut the rice paper and nori into small squares. Layer a piece of nori over rice paper, add a spoonful of rice, then press into a lightly oiled muffin tin or small cups.

  3. 3

Bake or air fry until crisp. Add Perfect Italiano Perfect Bakes and return briefly until melted.

  4. 4
