Chicken Alfredo Toast
Crispy on the bottom, creamy and cheesy on top: Anchor Butter toast from the air fryer loaded with spiced pan-fried chicken and a rich garlic alfredo made with Perfect Italiano Parmesan.

- 4 slices sandwich bread
- Anchor Butter (spreadable), for spreading
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1/2 tbsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tbsp white pepper
- 1 1/2 tbsp paprika
- 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- Salt to taste
- 50g Anchor Butter (salted)
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 300ml whipping cream
- 50ml full cream milk
- 50g Perfect Italiano Parmesan, grated
- Chopped parsley
- Seasoning powder to taste

Method

Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, white pepper, paprika, Cajun seasoning and salt. Pan-fry for 5-6 minutes per side until cooked through, rest, then slice.

Spread Anchor Butter over the bread slices and air fry at 170°C for 7-10 minutes until crisp and golden.

For the alfredo sauce, melt 50g Anchor Butter in a pan and saute the garlic until fragrant.

Pour in the whipping cream and milk and simmer gently for 2-3 minutes.

Stir in the Perfect Italiano Parmesan until melted and the sauce thickens. Season with seasoning powder and add the parsley.

Add the sliced chicken to the sauce, spoon generously over the toast and serve immediately.
